Return Policy

Do not return any order without specific authorization and instructions. Please contact by phone (905) 271-2333 or e-mail.


  • We will not be held responsible for product-quality complaints received after 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Fresh meat products are shipped via Priority Overnight and will be left at the designated recipient address without requiring a signature.
  • All fresh meat products are perishable. It is the purchaser’s choice and responsibility to notify all gift recipients of the impending delivery of perishable goods.
  • Black Angus Fine Meats & Game and its assigned shipping carriers will not be responsible for orders left unattended that are delivered to the customer-specified recipient address on the customer-requested delivery date.
  • We will not be responsible for deliveries that are refused by the recipient within 48 hours of shipping from our facility.
  • Additional $15 fee applies for the shipping containers – the use of this lined styrofoam cooler with ice packs will ensure your products stay in a frozen state until it reaches its destination.

Local Pickup: Free Local Pickup is currently available free at our Port Credit and Thornburry Locations once your order is placed our team will contact you to let you know when its ready to pickup.  Please allow 2-3 hours on average for order processing during business hours. Please Note: All products for local pickup are frozen unless unless otherwise stated in product description.
