Wild Boar is a lean, close-grained meat. The meat is sweet, nutty and has a pleasantly distinctive flavour. Wild Boar is very high in protein. It is leaner and a deeper red colour than its cousin pork. The colour, however, will vary with the season and its diet choice. This product is shipped frozen, vacuum sealed.
