Description
Guinea Hen what used to be a wild bird, Guinea fowl, also known as pintade, is now mostly farm-raised. With striking white spots on its gray feathers, a mature Guinea fowl will slightly smaller than a chicken. Although Guinea fowl meat is white like chicken it is probably closer in size and taste to pheasant.
